Marchant Property Management has been managing the rental of our home for approximately 5 years. They have always been professional, responding quickly to our concerns. Living remotely, the ease of communication, with quick responses, has been very important to us. We recently hired Marchant Property Management to manage an additional property for us, which they got into shape, managing and lining up contractors, etc. With the use of communication technology available, this worked out very well.
