I recently wanted to purchase and install winter tires for my vehicle, and contacted the Whitby north location to do so. The man who I spoke to insisted he could not look up my tires by using the make and model of my vehicle...something I know to be untrue as I d just gotten quotes from 3 other shops. When I pressed him, he pulled the phone away and said Jesus ****ing Christ with this woman! , thinking I couldn t hear him. I complained to the manager immediately, and he took my name and phone number down. I never heard back from him. I called head office 2 weeks later to notify them of this incident, and the very kind woman I spoke to said I d be hearing back from someone ASAP. That was over a week ago. You guys are really killing it in the customer service department! Things must be going well for you financially if you re able to literally allow your staff to swear at your customers with zero repercussions and zero acknowledgement of wrongdoing. Thanks for saving me the trouble of ever visiting any of your stores again.
