I had a prepaid service B done at Autobahn, it was my first time visit. Everything was smooth from service scheduling to loaner vehicle allocation and the service. My service handler Mr. Anthony was the best, he made sure that all service details are captured properly, gave a complimentary wash - both interior and exterior! Also provided helpful info about when would be a good time to purchase another set of prepaid maintenance package
