I have been living in a studio in downtown Waukesha for 3 months now and besides some occasional noise from the streets, I absolutely love it. As a young professional, it's a great atmosphere and Waukesha continues to build a strong downtown. Every interaction I have had with the employees at Berg Management have been wonderful. They've been friendly and knowledgeable when answering any questions. It's been little things that have impressed me the most; like putting in my air conditioner or losing my mailbox key, where they have been efficient and timely.
