Update: Lee Cole contacted me directly and was able to help get the issues resolved. I finally received the second key. My registration arrived 4 days before my tags expired. Which was hard to manage since I work full time and had only one Saturday to get an appointment for an inspection. I was able to return to Cole s on another Saturday to have a front tag mount placed since I needed two tags for the car instead of one. The garage was able to put it on quickly but it did require another Saturday to get this done. I appreciate the efforts made to correct my issues, but wish it hadn t taken writing a review to get a response.

I can honestly say I regret dealing with Bill Cole For my most recent vehicle purchase. I have called and texted many times and have had messages sent to various staff through the reception staff. No response. I have been waiting since June for a second key to arrive by mail to their office. I know the mail can be slow, but two months - and no response from the management. I have also been waiting for my Registration to arrive so I can get my car inspected in VA. As of today, still nothing and no response from the staff in that department either. I will not shop there again and will encourage anyone I hear say they are thinking of going there to go elsewhere. Customer Service appears to be very low on their radar!
