Booked a junior sweet for two nights and the air conditioning was not working well. Very uncomfortably warm even though settings were at the coolest. Other guests were complaining about it as well in the elevator. Front desk simply acknowledged the issue. Called front desk one evening for another tissue roll since house cleaning did not leave an extra behind...no one answered the phone for over 15 minutes. Made the request online and it was finally delivered. Disappointed that we could not see the fireworks from our room. We stayed at a neighbouring hotel with the same views of the falls but we could also enjoy the fireworks from the comfort of our room. Will be going there again when the pool is fixed.
