It's a very nice mall and would be very much appreciable if there would be no difficulty for parking.
Sorry to say that, but people have to suffer from Lot's of trouble to go to the basement parking and take that long run.. Specially for some kind of people who are there for shorter period of time,
Hope you'll keep your customers happy by arranging any parking availability out there, nearer to entry of the lovely Mall :-)
