The Yelp salesperson lied to us on the phone, offering us a 30 day free trial of Yelp ads for business. Then 13 days later, we received a bill for $238, which we refuted, and Yelp denied us a refund. They think it is totally fine for their salespeople to lie to make their sales quota. Yelp should be ashamed of ripping off small businesses and using deceptive business practices to make sales. We didn't make a single sale from advertising on Yelp for those days we were fraudulently charged. Google ads is much more effective! Think twice before you give your credit card information to Yelp!
