I conducted extensive due diligence over a three month period. I had very specific needs for my next vehicle and had narrowed my search to four luxury SUVs - BMW, Range Rover, Porsche and Mercedes. I drove each and considered all in a price to utility comparative analysis. Although each had its own unique attributes, and anyone of the four would have met my needs, I choose the Mercedes ML350 in the end based on one primary difference - the attitude and professionalism of the Arlington Mercedes Benz sales and service staff.
