Disgusting! Hair in the bathroom and dirty bed sheet.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The first night I found a long hair in the bathroom; the second night I found a huge dirt on the bed sheet at 1 AM. Manager came and changed the sheet but didn t apologize or show any intention of offering any compensation. Got extremely upset and didn t sleep well.

Filed a complaint to HHonor but the hotel manager didn t reach out to me until I showed up at 10:00 am at the front desk the next day. I asked to get one night charge back as a compensation, and they refused. Make it right is a lie. Hilton and Waldorf don t give a s**t about what customers think or how disgusting I felt.

Also I suggest Hilton change its name to Hairton . This is my 4th time getting a strangers hair. First three encounters all happened in the US. As they offered reasonable compensation, I won t mention their names.
