Well I'm old school and try to pay cash for everything. Was making co-pay with cash on every visit. On the 4th visit they said I made no co-pay. They told me this on my 5th visit. They said they had no record of a payment. As everyone knows that goose to a Dr. you sign in make co-pay then see said dr. You don't get past the desk without paying. So when I question them they kept changing the story on what the charge was for. Long story short they are calling me a liar.
I love the Dr. but lookout for the staff.
