Drove 2 hours to experience what i thought would be a fun day but ended up being abhorrent. Their staff was just cretinous and nescient to their product and how to process them. It took us over 30 minutes to process a Fast Lane ticket (Purchased online thinking it would speed up the process) however that was not the case.. and also spoke to 5 different staff (One of which was a supervisor) to figure out how to redeem it. It delayed the process and you have to go to the middle of the park just to get it redeemed. They clearly need to come up with a more efficacious method to make it easier on their customers. Then not to mention everything in the park is priced way to costly for the value. Considering how pricey everything is you would think they would at least spend money to hire competent staff and maintain the park to a higher standard. The bathrooms here horrendous and unpleasant to the point you'd rather go to the nearest gas station up the street. In collusion lets just say i will not be using my seasons pass i purchased and will not be returning anytime soon.
