Terrible customer service! No one there to help you when you need it- on more than one occasion the staff is not very knowledgeable and you get the feel that they don t want to be there. The manager Michael is very inflexible and not helpful towards customers- really gives a bad name to bestbuy. Because of the bad service I got won t be returning back there- thank God there are other places to buy electronics.
