I have rented with Wilkinson Property Management for over two years and have absolutely no complaints. The individuals that I have dealt with have been nothing but attentive and helpful. Michelle helped with the process of renting, drafting a lease, and renewing the lease when the time came. She was always extremely helpful and delightful to deal with. Whenever we had any issues with the property, be it needing to change the AC filter or fix the garage door, we would reach out to Ashley and within 24 hours she would get someone down here to help us with the problem. Renting with Wilkinson has been wonderful, and though we have had to relocate for work reasons, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone.
