First oil change appointment was made for a 2020 Chevy Camaro we just purchased. 11:00 AM appointment. Waited 2 hours to be told someone else s car was mistakenly taken in during shift change. Unacceptable. Time was taken off work. More could have been offered to resolve the matter even a rental car often. Very disappointed.
