They sold a logitech mouse that arrived defective, I reported it and asked for photos and evidence of the failure, once the evidence was delivered and to validate the warranty they directed me with the manufacturer, the manufacturer asked to do tests again and had to cover the shipping cost for the revision and replacement of the device. This was not convenient since it cost the same to send it as to buy a new one. VERY BAD AS TO WARRANTIES AND AFTER SALES
