Worst airport I've ever traveled to. If you read my other posts, I'm very fair and usually give 5 stars if the service was good, but For a tourist destination, this airport should be better maintained and provide an amazing first impression for travelers. Whoever is managing this airport should be fired. There's no attention to detail. There's no method with the immigration kiosks. The agents are rude for no particular reason. Customer service should be discussed at employee meetings- there's a way to be professional and tactful and the agents there don't know either. It's interesting that the disgustingly rude agents were also the overweight agents- their hormones must be imbalanced. I'm sure they don't get paid enough to act like complete jerks with power trips. So pitiful.
