The pediatrician department is good. I ve been here since I was a baby and everything (annual exams and vaccines) are sufficient.

However, one of the optometrists in the eye department made my experience here very unsatisfactory. The doctor who was doing my eye exam was very passive aggressive.

During the exam, there is a machine that gets VERY close to your eye (to take a picture of it I think) and I am not used to having something so close to my eyeball (who is?). She got seemingly irritated when I flinched, and made a snarky comment when I couldn t do it.

I understand it was the end of the day, and we re all tired, but it s your job to do this. It was just SO unprofessional. I haven t been to the eye department since, and I don t know if she s still there.

Disappointed, because instead of being a good role model as a Vietnamese woman, she made my experience here sour. Never going back to this department lol
