I wish I had read all of these reviews about this place before I went there. I saw that it had fairly good rating but did not take time to read the details about the customer service and bad attitudes people who work there have... There were two young ladies one night that were very nice to us but we hadn't turned in an adoption form. But, on our second visit we talked to another lady who was very rude and didn't care that she made 11 year old daughter cry or not. Read up on their policies before you try to adopt or get your heart set on an animal. Adoption process is a nightmare. It's almost like they look for any reason to say no. We had our hearts set on one of two kittens and they are just down right rude. We are good people who treat animals with love and they are part of our family. We will be looking elsewhere for a kitten/cat. What a horrible experience.
