Went on a canoe trip a few weeks ago and I was thoroughly disappointed YET again. I used this place before for a canoe trip with family 2 years ago which was disorganized then and it was no better this time. The canoes are good quality, the staff appear to have no structure or communicate with each other as everyone seems lost, and drop off and pickups where late.
This is a poorly run business with no organization and a lack of customer service.
I will not be returning.
