My 16-year old started seeing Dr. Val when she was a preschooler, my son since he was a toddler, and my youngest started when he was just a baby. The older two completed treatment for braces. My youngest bit Dr. Val once. Whenever I need to have them seen, and we've had our share of emergencies, they tried to be accommodating. Not always, but they tried. I've been through some billing issues where insurance got messed up, but that happens everywhere. I've had to deal with some lousy receptionists in the past and I'm glad one of them is long gone, but their current staff is amazing. All my kids love to go to the dentist and that's really how it should be, because I dread my visits to my own dentist. They also take care of how their office looks (very well designed and doesn't feel like a dentists office), so you know they pay attention to all the details. I'm super impressed with Dr. Val's care of the kids, her expertise, her skills, and how she runs such a welcoming office. I highly recommend her practice. (Note: Dr. Val is Dr. Valerie Woo).
