Staff rude except Gloria. Bed was big, clean and comfortable. Hotel is very tired and is in desperate need of a make over. The carpet in the corridor on our floor was so worn it was dangerous. Reported coffee machine in our room broken 3 times and it didn't get fixed the whole time we were there, when we were checking out I mentioned it again, the receptionist just ignored me. Wouldn't recommend this hotel, when there are so many in the same area that are priced the same in much better condition.
