HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called went through to reception they lady would not pass on her name after being rude towards me, Was just making a general phone call. She was rude & abrupt! MANAGEMENT NEED TO TAKE THIS FURTHER AS IT WILL FAIL THE WHOLE COMPANY WHEN POINT OF CONTACT IS DISGRACEFUL!
