I went there not entirely certain what type of bike I wanted. I haven't biked in a few years and was torn between getting a road bike, a cyclocross, or a mountain bike. The staff member Jamie was extremely patient, and very informative, and he allowed me to try out 4 bikes. There was no pressure to buy, and he was just interested in helping me find something I liked. After trying them out I decided on a cyclocross and I'm extremely happy with the purchase. They gave me a discount on accessories for life as well. I highly recommend this store, the selection is great, the prices are solid, and zero pressure to buy. I would recommend it to my friends and family, great sales staff.
