This rating is for John in the service department. Frankly, overall, I'd give the dealership a slightly lower rating, because......well.....dealers. Still better than average, but John really shines in his professionalism and ability to represent Toyota in a positive and really affirmative way. Deal with him when you go for service, if possible.
