Great CrossFit gym. Equipment is in great shape with additional and upgrades all the time. Excellent coaches and plenty of class times to choose from. Has kid fit program, Olympic lifting, nutrition coaching and very welcoming members. Been a member here for a year, left Lifetime and Vasa without looking back.
