Ordering process is good, communication is also good, however quality of shirts is mot great. Cheap plastic collar stiffeners, loose cotton on buttons & fabrics are nothing special. Nothing more than OK, but will continue to use CT for my shirts in future. Dissapointed...

I recommend them for personalising your shirts (including monograms). I bought a gift for a friend with a specific mongram and the customer service was excellent.

DISSAPOINTED!!! DELIVERY PROCESS IS DODGY.
My next day delivery order was dispatched and not delivered to my property. I rang up customer service a couple of days after, to inquire as to the whereabouts of the product pack (shirts). I was informed to wait an extra week (3 weeks from the day of order), because the customer service personnel couldn't confirm when they (Savile Row) would get the product back from their contracted delivery company (Royal Mail), to enable a redelivery to me.
Flimsy Right? might sound flimsy...but the INABILITY to confirm when a shirt needed for a wedding on the weekend (2 weeks from order date) could be delivered is POOR...Very POOR for a 'reputable' fashion Co. like Savile Row..,not even an offer to re-send the required shirt/shirts..VERY POOR GUYS...I am absolutely disappointed.
Great company offering excellent back up service. Nice shirts. Good suits and formal trousers. Good also for casual wear. Friendly and helpful staff. Rapid and accurate delivery, any returns have been quickly refunded without fuss.

Just bought an extra slim fit shirt for my son and a casual shirt for my husband. Both were delighted and reckon that pleasing a 35 year old and his Dad is very good going. I was very happy with the quality and how they ironed up after washing.

Unreliable. Courier couldn't deliver as "access problems" with the location. We're the most prominent building in town. Don't promise if you can't deliver. Customer services had the cheek to joke on the phone. Let's see if the promise of a refund is acted upon.

Not the quality I remember. These shirts are made thinner than 10 years ago. I've always been a fan of TSRC because of a quality product. Not so much now. I bought multiple shirts all in the same size. I can't even wear one of them as the arms are too short. The other two are fine though, just thin.
Good quality, great customer service, and great e-commerce website. I had placed an online order which was delayed. But the customer service was diligent in tracking my order to find out that it was held at customs; eventually got it without any hassles though. Will continue to buy from SRC and hope to visit their shop in London one day.
One small suggestion though, if CAD can also be included in the list of currencies on the website that would be highly appreciated!

Brilliant quality, fantastic service and a great price.
I recently ordered three work shirts online from TSRC and the shirts were delivered quickly with no issues. As someone who is conscious of sustainability, I was positively surprised that they don't use plastic anymore and all the packaging can be recycled. I normally buy from the usual work shirt suspects, but having worn all three now these definitely feel a cut above. They are a very comfortable slim fit with a quality touch to the fabric.
Will happily order again.
