The atmosphere between the colleagues is good, the quality of the training and the attitude of the management is much less.

Their predecessor (Sitel) did not score much better in the latter area.
IPG is also sick in the same bed ..

In short: those large external call centers are to be avoided.

Better to work at a customer service directly and internally at a bank or insurance company, for example, not only are wages much higher there (insurance: min. + 300, - gross / m, banking sector: + 700, - gross / m! ), but the atmosphere is also very different .. Much less control, more and better contact with your manager (s), more freedom, working independently, etc.

My last salary for an outbound assignment at a large bank in Antwerp (according to bank scales: calculated on # of years of work experience + level of last diploma) was 2,900 gross, + MC of 8 / d. bicycle allowance of 5 / day ...

I had a net salary of approx. 2,100 + extra-legal benefits = 2,300 / m ..

Just to say, that is what you get here GROSS and then without MC the first three meters!

There is only one problem, at the moment, among others, the banks, due to the persistent and deteriorating Corona situation, are virtually out of work ..

That's how I ended up here for want of better.
A big mistake, which I immediately corrected ..
