It's not the newest and not the cleanest or w/e but been there 3-4 times in the last 12 months and its always a solid customer service experience. a few issues though: please fix your elevator buttons on all floors, the gym finally getting at least a little service work but needs more and a tv remote (i don't care, attach it on a cable or something if you're worried about it being stolen), internet is a royal pain there as a paid guest, and the desserts are definitely lacking. If not for the customer service and housekeeping staff I would be forced to give a lower score.
