Unfortunately our experience was very very poor. I have tried giving them a fair shake for the past 3 or 4 months, however, there is very little they are getting right. There s something wrong with the radiator - Oh, sorry, it s just dried radiator fluid we didn t clean up from when you brought it in last time. I wanted to look at a Prius. I was taken out to the two they had, and the sales guy didn t even open the door to let us take a look. The experience just next door at Nissan was a whole lot better. Just think about the following... My wife is a preferred customer with our Toyota Sienna. I tried to follow behind her in my car to get a car wash (instead of waiting), and I was turned away (laughable).
