We booked thru one of those booking sites. At check in the desk person couldnt understand my husband. We had booked a first floor, king bed. We were told that's NOT what we booked. We have a second floor room, sun pouring in the window for a view of the parking lot. The room was too warm when we walked in (people its summer in Spokane!) and it smells like some type of air freshener is used (not good for those of us with allergies). And, while its only 2 floors, stairs are a problem when recuperating from cracked ribs. Not very happy about any of this.
