Yep 1 star (edited for response below)! This place has good pizza with vegan cheese and gluten free options. Went there last Saturday with a friend and ordered recently for girls night. Frequent regularly, so why the one star? Horrible customer service tonight! Called to place a delivery at 5:41pm (based on cell phone records) and Fedreico couldn't even get my card number right ( had to repeat 4 times) much less give an estimated time of delivery and then hung up on me. I called back at 5:47 to confirm the order was placed and the payment went through. Quite some time had passed and we still hadn't received our order so I called back at 6:58 to check on it and he said the driver was on his way but we lived on some back road. We live in a regular neighborhood 3 miles away that is only a 9 min drive from there not a "back road"! Too much time had gone by and we still haven't recieved our order. I call again at 7:09pm and he says the driver got a flat. I believed he lied and told him so then asked what our order was in which he couldn't tell me. The problem is with no ETA given and when nobody calls or texts you to let you know there has been a delay, you don't know what to believe. I only recieved excuses when I called. He apologized and offered to make new pizzas and drive them too us himself. The really bad part is in each conversation he was frazzeled ( previously I said rude but maybe frazzeled is a better word) and was saying how busy they were and acting as if I a paying customer who frequents often was an inconvenience! I asked for a refund and ordered from another local pizza restaurant. The food is good but the service and attitude isn't. Never going back and its kinda SAD to say but that bad of an experience. By the way, all my calls were on speaker with my Brother Gary and the order was especially for his pregnant wife (my sis in law). He was appalled by how we were treated and wrote a review as well.
