Bad.

Bad.
Traumatizing experience.
We have entrusted him with an already very delicate situation, and they have incredibly managed to make it worse by not taking due caution and working as unwary.
In a nutshell, they presented us with a proposal tied to the mortgage of a third person, unrelated to the purchase of the property and with a negligible deposit compared to the purchase amount.
My family and I, who unfortunately trusted us, signed, collected, and turned over the entire amount to the agency.
Indeed, to be honest we have also added some above. And we stayed like that, hanging around waiting for news from them.
Well, they disappear for a few weeks, in the meantime the buyers behave strangely and we only learn about it about a month and a half later, when the agency warns us that the buyers' intentions were to withdraw. And having paid very little for the deposit they do it, they do it all right.

In all this, the agency behaves in a useless, inefficient way, does not communicate with us except on request, and keeps our money from the deposit for a sale that, instead, as good incompetents have not concluded.

In all of this my parents have:
wasted precious time for the sale of their house, paid more money for the rental deposit for another property, and paid a real estate agency handsomely for a job that was left unfinished.
Done with their feet, finished with their deaf ears and awkward silences.

I advise anyone who wants to rely on this agency, simply ... to avoid them.
