Brutal experience with John Mullin. I would not recommend him and would give him 0 stars on here if I could. He did not ensure that joint real estate papers were sent to all parties prior to the appointment for signing. The appointment was hours before keys were passed to the buyers, and for the new home purchase. He did not ask if there had been any sort of discussion about the joint sale, and when we went to resign a new draft, there was zero acknowledgment or eye contact directed toward me. I am unsure as to whether that is due to my being female or because I was the one left in the dark regarding the initial draft/that I sought legal advice of my own as to how the new draft should be drawn up. Zero humanity, grace, class, or personality.

Having said that, I have heard wonderful things about Tej
Wirk at this agency, so I would not put him in the same category as his business partner, based on what some colleagues and friends have experienced with him.
