Plumbing in the suite had to be fixed 3 times, so far. Our room keys deactivated. Our water temperature was not well regulated. The preset buttons on the main phone don't work, and the extra phone didn't have any presets for the front desk, housekeeping, room service, etc. When i called the main number for the hotel on the room phone, it dialed another guest's room. There was lots of information about the services provided in the hotel, but no phone numbers or extentions listed anywhere. I assume because you should be able to press a button. A friend staying in the hotel also had trouble with their a/c.
