Took a patient into the ER in a geriatric chair. When the patient returned to our facility they didn't bring the chair. We had just purchased the chair. I called their ER, front desk, the floor that she was on, customer service several times only to receive lip service. One particular customer service person, Valerie, even hung up on me. Guard your stuff if you go there you may not see it again!
