I have been with Pulse Energy for more than 1 year...

I have been with Pulse Energy for more than 1 year. It was a great experience during that first year but when I was leaving them due to a move, I was initially charged $150 because I could not give 30 days notice as per contract terms. After contacting the Marketing department to complain about the charge, I was promptly and kindly contact by Lana of the Resolution department of Pulse Energy, who recognised that I had been good customers for more than 1 year and waived the $150 fee.
Well done to a company who understand customer's difficulties to strictly follow Terms & Condition of their contract. I would not hesitate to use their services again and to recommend them to everyone.
