Currently, I'm leasing from Meridian group and so far I've had good experience. Deedy and Crystal have been very responsive and have promptly resolved every issues and fixes that were needed.
During the difficult time of covid Meridian group have been very supportive, and have given tenants hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards for paying rent on time.
