I wish I could give no Stars! This place is a joke...

I wish I could give no Stars! This place is a joke. I got my rear shock swapped out under warranty and was told it will need a wheel alignment that I had to pay for since that is not covered. Well if I didn't need a new shock, guess what...I WOULDN'T REQUIRE A WHEEL ALIGNMENT. When I said that, they told me not to worry because a wheel alignment is not necessary. Well we all know that's not true. So they did the work and left out the alignment and here I am about 4-5 months later and a 3 year old car drives like its about 10 years old. All to save a buck on a wheel alignment. Good job Lexus!

Lets move up 5 months and talk about bringing the car in for a Service light. Never was told what the service was, oh wait when I picked it up no one ever turned the light off either. They told me that my ill ride comfort was from the wheels and that I needed to change them. I just bought the wheels last year and barely put 8K miles on my car per year as I live 5 minutes from work. Once again, WAY TO GO LEXUS!!!

There's much more I can talk about but why bother. This is enough to tell you they are crooks here at Northside Lexus and because of them I will never purchase another Lexus in my life as this is the only place near me to obtain service.

What a shame how a luxury car dealer with such beautiful cars coming out these days can easily keep people from purchasing vehicles because they just want to save a buck and rob their clientele.

Shame on you Northside. Anything more than an oil change or a cabin filter and you guys get negative reviews. At least that's the trend on Google!!!

UPDATE 4/28/18: because of this Lexus service department, I didn t buy another Lexus and I was in the market for another. Took my car one last time to have a shock repaired under warranty and they refused to do so. They also wouldn t check the loose rattle I had in my sunroof without charging me 300.00 to drop the panel! All while still under warranty! Unreal!
