Worst experience I ever had to go through. A worker in the facility decided to take matter in their hands, knew who my dog was, he got vaccinated & neutered behind our back and also gave out my personal information. Long story short, this place sucks. Not only that they went against their policy by law and when I came in to speak to the adoption manager nothing was handled, information was incorrect and my dog got adopted by another family after I claimed my pet. Luckily my dog was returned and I was able to bring him back home :) (due to it not working out at his new home) my questions never got answered and the one answer I did receive was you re lucky you re dog is back I nicely asked 3 women who work there to have the manager or CEO of the facility in order for them to correct all this misunderstanding and they didn t even bother. With that being said this place needs better management and genuine people who care for animals. Thanks for nothing!
