From the moment I signed up to Neto I have been assisted every step of the way. There's hardly a wait-time for a reply to questions (like the corporate giants), & there are multiple ways to reach out to them like chat, email & phone. My account manager Paul Slater has been there to assist with CSV uploads, store set-up, & technical enquiries - I mean he's been fabulous. Neto is the BEST & most user friendly software to run my business. I have zero regret in signing up. In the past I've used Shopify, Magento, Wix & Woo E-commerce website/infantry platforms, but all of them have these annoying limitations that really effect your business processes & time efficiencies in one way or the other. NOTHING compares to using Neto, especially for the the value & service you get for the money you're paying. In the beginning I'd been given full access on the 14 day trial to set up my whole website, afterwards once your on the plan, NOTHING changes. You still get full use of Neto ! I mean, if your reading this, trust me, Neto is the best decision for your business platform.
