Honestly, very disappointed with this dealership. As many years as we've serviced both of our vehicles here and the fact that I've leased my last two Explorers from Baxter, I felt absolutely no loyalty whatsoever this past weekend as we visited to look at another vehicle. We also specifically told them what payment we did NOT want to go over AND that we would be looking for another vehicle soon for my husband.

We waited probably 15 minutes for the sales person to come back with a price sheet. Even if we put $2,000 down on the vehicle, it would have exceeded the amount we informed him we would not go over. While I get that a down payment reduces the size of the payment, I would never put $2,000 down on a leased vehicle as it wouldn't save much money on the overall ownership of the leased vehicle and I would get zero value or return out of it.

They were matter-of-fact about the price and they were not going to budge and did not even consider any other negotiation. They tried to put me in a vehicle that I did not ask for (heated steering wheel & seats, leather seats, turbo, and not even the color I requested.

They simply showed zero interest or loyalty in our business. A sure-fire way to lose any future business.
