About a year ago I was approached by one of your representatives to switch. I was offered a much cheaper rate if I switched. Although I didn't want to switch at first, I became greedy and decided to take the step. I was with the Nuon and paid 238 per month. The new rate would be 184 euros I thought that saves me a month. Unfortunately when I received the first invoice, it was 241 euros. Three euros more than I paid before. I contacted you and after a few months 2 employees of your company came to my store. In the meantime my rate had increased to 258 euros in January. According to your employees, the tax was increased, hence the higher monthly amount. I do not know how to check this, also the mail regarding the increase I received offers little clarity. I have expressed my dissatisfaction to your employees, they would find out and contact me. Although the contact was a few weeks ago, I have not heard anything yet. In the meantime I have passed on my meter readings and my monthly amount has once again increased to 270 euros. This is 32 euros more than I paid at Nuon. In the meantime I have come to the point that I no longer have confidence in the proper handling of this whole. I will therefore cancel my contract with you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I will have to accept that instead of saving, I will have to pay more. I find it extremely disappointing that this has gone this way and is being settled. I also strongly believe that you will make little or no effort to help me in the right way and that you will use the promised period and will compensate me for the extra costs incurred.
