I have had the pleasure of working with FirstService Residential for 4 years nows as a board member of a Condo/Townhome community. Sylvia Bukovscak is our direct property manager. She continually goes above and beyond to provide; punctual, detailed and expertice assistance to our community. As a first time board we have really leaned on Sylvia to guide us through some very unique situations we have faced. I would highly recommend both FirstService and Sylvia if you are looking for a sound property management company.
