Do not fall victim to these tours. Get a map of the points of interest and get there on your own steam.
We waited in very long lines, with not enough ppl circulating between stops. The busses are poorly kept with no a/c - and did someone say on time ? No, no-one did, because they never are.
The tickets are valid for 48hrs, but that s not due to professional courtesy...it s because a typical 2hr trip takes you a full 2 days to complete.

This is by far the worst experience in Toronto.
