Zicasso did a great job of matching us with a great travel agency in Spain. We didn't want to do a big tour with a different city every day and spend a lot of time on the bus. I hadn't been to Europe before so it was fairly daunting to try and plan it ourselves completely so we didn't. We wanted to see certain cities and have my daughter get a better understanding of some of the areas she studied during the several years of Spanish class. We had a very detailed itinerary and everything was arranged before we left and we had all of the tickets. Our trip was "last minute" - arranged a couple months in advance and they were able to make it work for us. We got a customized trip, not cheap but fair, considering what we had requested. I liked that we only had to make the one payment to the travel agency and they did the rest so we didn't have many people in Spain with our VISA number. We will use Zicasso again for another trip.
