They didn't take in to consideration what I would do if they said a vehicle was available, plus schedule a time to come and test it and buy it the same day. I had my credit union confirm I would be approved for a new loan, meaning they made an inquiry on my Credit Report. They next day, when I was scheduled with the dealer to come and get this vehicle, they call me and tell me it sold LAST week. WHY tell me something is available and schedule time with me, if the vehicle was sold LAST WEEK? Why did no one PHYSICALLY CHECK for the vehicle, or keep better records, before giving me false information? Extremely frustrated that I have a new inquiry on my Credit Report, and no vehicle to show for it.
