This Company YES, makes sure you understand what they are talking about. I've had the heating and air come out, because I was hearing noises. Joe Q was my service agent. He is an awesome employee. And he even got along with my dog.
Then Cliff, the plumbing expert, went above and beyond taking care of my plumbing, including the connection under the kitchen sink , which no one I asked could fix. Thank you again Cliff.
Also, the lady's answering the phones setting appointments, were so helpful. I could not believe, same day service. Very quick and helpful.
Ok, now the noise I THOUGH was coming from my air conditioner, happened again, but this time I heard it, I was on the patio. It was the OLD refrigerator kept outside for cold drinks. Thanks again for great service.
