Administration which is useless, I contacted them concerning my mother in a retirement home, a house with which I had big problems. I chatted with someone Olivia Wermuth but I had better speak to a wall, total incompetence..All the service which takes care of the elderly seems to me to be doing nothing..Coupled that with the ARS of Val d'oise which it does not care outright and you will have an image of their field of competence. Administration to renovate personal level in emergency !!
