I logged on to my computer (Sony Vaio) to search for some old pictures that I wanted to print off, only I couldn't find my pictures! They had somehow "disappeared"! I couldn't find them anywhere, and researched how to locate lost files on the internet but to no avail. I was devastated, because I thought I had lost all of my pictures that were, supposedly, safely stored on my computer. I decided to reach out to Charlotte Street Computers because they have a great reputation, and many of my friends go there when they need assistance with their computers. I told them the issues that I was having and they had my computer back to me within 2 business days! They found my pictures and now my computer is running better than ever!
